Max,

New washers can be got from a Hydraulic hose place usually.

The usual suspects online can get them as well.  I use a little dab of permatex
"gasket former" to keep them in place while cursing the process and stupid Audi engineering.

Things to do to make this easier:

1.  Thread the banjo bolts on with the rack "in" but not bolted or connected to the steering column
2.  Disconnect the pump end of the hose
