Also check your underhood grounds. Especially the ones that attach to
the engine. They will be brown wires, with a connector usually scresed
into the intake, head, or block. Not recently familiar with teh points
of mounting on an NG/NF.

Yes, your ISV looks like a cylinder about 1.5" around, an about 5" or
so long. It's got a three wire connector, and two vacuum hoses, about
1/2" in diameter.
