cheap car shipping

Hey all... anyone know how/where I can find a cheap source of open
hauler car shipping?  I'm scouring the net but most big name places
are outta my range, and as well im not exceptionally worried about the
quality of the service... haha.  One former trucker driver friend
recomended that I find a place to get quotes from indie truck drivers
or owner operators who are coming back empty from my pickup point, but
can't find that either.

Any thoughts, cats?
