Temp issue

It was a balmy 60 degrees today in tropical Ohio. There is a dot above and below the 3/4 mark which made me wonder if that is it op temp? My son (possible root of problem) is driving it so I don't know where it normally is. He lives 30 minutes from me so I don't see it daily.

It started the blinky temp thing last night and I have yet to hear the roar of the fan during this beating this cat-weasel has been giving me.

This car is usually as cool as an ice cube on a penguins butt. I hope I can get the temp gauge to agree with me. (or at least meet me half way)
