Tony, the only lockout I have had that way was in my grey 90Q, and it
was the Clifford alarm system that did it. Perhaps it is true of newer
cars or cars with factory alarms?
So I was just out running some errands, and had to look and see - yup,
all the shinier cars had no passenger side key thing
