What kind of belt do you have on it? I had a similar issue on the
200TQA, and it would occasionally throw the belt off too. There are
certain types of belts that don't play well with the pulleys, IIRC the
cog type belts caused problems. All it took was replacing the belt with
a Continental to resolve the problem in my case. It was a long time ago,
but I seem to remember the cogged or serated belts didn't have the "v" in
them that the normal belts had.
