VW shop near Irvine, California

I've got some friends moving from Iowa to Irvine and they will need a trustworthy shop to take their VW Passat. Any recommendations I can pass along would be great. Or places they should definately avoid. And if anyone knows of  a job Palmer Chiropractic graduate, that'd be great too!
