Yes, that is the one, in the Haynes Manual 15026 page 83, leading from the
coolant pump towards the back. The flow is towards the back towards heat
exchanger in the car and the flow towards the front is into the block at the
right.

Is this hose about 3'' long, maybe 3/4'' ID?  mine gave me warning leak,
probably 15 years and 200k miles

This hose has not been changed out for at least 10 years.
