Would NG engine mate to 4KQ tranny/chassis?

I would like to know if a 1991 Audi 80, NG engine, non-quattro and automatic would mate to an Audi 4KQ tranny and chassis.

If so, for the swap to work; ECU, wire harness, fuse box need to be carry over. What else would need to carry over?

Would the flywheel need to swapped over or would the engine mate to the stock JT flywheel and clutch kit assembly?

Any advantages performing this swap over the stock JT engine?
