dont know that i agree w that.. i ran hella fogs under my bumper and they
were mostly useless b/c theyr'e so low to the ground. the do an ok job w/
lighting the very immediate area in front of the car, and the immediate
sides of the road [im talking 25' out] but not much else.

upgrading headlights is generally pretty close to plug and play, and IMO
will look nicer / cleaner  [under bumper lights never look right on b5's
imo] and be better bang for the buck. youre looking at under 5 bills to do
an hid conversion and depo ecodes. for comparison i just spent 1300 on
housings, ballasts, wiring and bulbs and thats a pretty good deal for a b7.
considering ecode bixenon housings w/ no electrics are 1700..

another option is to hid convert the fogs - which seem to do quite well for
the fog w/ much better, whiter light. i plan to do mine
