Keep in mind that the base mixture may have been "tweaked" to cope with
that air leak at some, and is now wrong. Check that first.

> PS. Never throw anything away! Looking through my vast pile of parts I found a nice boot, cleaned it all up...it was the wrong one, for an earlier turbo. So back to the pile and found the right one. From a car with less miles and hopefully less heat cycles, it's still nice and pliable.
