Local 4k parting out

A 4000 has popped up in my local craigslist (South Western Virginia).  Cars
tend to be very solid here, but I know nothing about this one beyond what
the ad says.  If anyone is interested I could be convinced to go take a
look.  It is maybe 30-40 minutes from my house.
