Thank you, I ll check the vacuum lines first.
I thought, It was the idle control valve not working.

The first thing I'd check is for vacuum leaks. Once warm the engine electronics
will compensate for quite a bit, but when cold it runs on the base settings. A
few common places for leaks are the diff locks(white line under the hood) the
vac canister (green line to the drivers side) and the charcoal canister (inside
teh passenger side fender liner).
