Some general Audi questions.....

Hello Friends:
 
I'm trying to sort some little things out with the "new" car. So I've come  
up with these questions:
 
Now, I know you guys aren't big into car washes but....the V8 has an  
antenna that is not removable and I really can't wash it car by hand where  I 
live. Any suggestions on what to do about that? 
 
I was able to purchase a new Audi badge for the drivers side  of my car. I 
was expecting a thin metal sticker-like oval but what I  got was said oval 
in a metal frame with two prongs in back - looks like I'm  gonna have to pry 
the original off the car. Help?
 
Lastly, the inside of the rear window is peeling - like a decal or  
something. What's the best way to take care of that? 
(Not an easy spot to work comfortably).
