NAC - Draining Battery

Interesting.
Try both terminals and check for a difference.
I always check the negative side, but can't really tell you why.
You need to disconnect the terminal and the then connect a shunt across the
gap- ie a wire with alligator clips on both ends.
Then connect your multimeter, finally disconnect the shunt and measure.
Use the 10 amp scale first if your meter has one, then the milliamp scale.

Gents,
Trying to test for batt. drain myself and finding opposing views:
Some say to test with the neg. cable disconnected, some with positive.
What's the proper procedure?
If all checks OK, is the battery bad and how to tell?

Thanks,
Tihol
