'91 CQ Window Motor Bushings

Solid mounting a high-torque device like a window regulator is a sure way to
have it break something soon. Or it will loosen itself one day just by the
numerous rocking movements caused by open-close operations. And you'll hear
it very loudly cause they are also good to cut noises.

Reinstall the rubber mounts : they are cheap when bought at an auto parts.

CQ driver window was making crackling sounds on up and down. 

I opened it up and discovered the window motor loose with 3 rubber
bushing/screw mounts sheared off. 

Is there any harm in just bolting the motor to the frame?

Also, the screw holes no longer line up with the motor. How do I realign the
motor's screw holes with the door frame?
