Water ingress type 85 CGT

My first guess would be the fuse box directly above it lost its sealing integrity somewhere along the way.

  My old garage queen 87CGT actually had to earn its keep over the last
onth, which it did pretty well after laying up for 2 years. However when
eft out in the rain the little cubby hole in the lower dash filled with
ater, The screen seal appears fine, and none of the usual rust in that
rea, so I just wondered what the cause might be?
 
Possibly sun roof drains? Or something in the bulkhead/firewall area? Any
TDT?
