Praise for Scott Mockry at SJMAuto.com

Hey all, 

I just had to put in a plug for Scott at SJMAuto.com.  I had ordered some
parts for my 90q and he dropped me an email letting me know that the
west-coast warehouse was out of stock so it would be drop-shipped from the
east-coast warehouse (in NJ).  I emailed him back and said that I couldn't
wait that long (I'm in Seattle) because I had to do the job that weekend
(heater core/blower fan replacement).  He told me that the parts had already
shipped so I should  wait for the shipment, return it to him and he would
issue a full refund. He even offered to send me a pre-paid USPS shipping
label.  

 

Long story short my ever-efficient wife sent the parts back "return to
sender" which caused them to be returned to NJ and not to Scott.  I emailed
him to confirm his receipt and that is when we discovered that the parts had
gone back to NJ instead of OR.  I got an email from Scott at 10pm that night
saying that he had left email for his salesperson to check to see if they
could locate the parts but he wasn't hopeful.  The next email I got from him
stated that he was issuing me a full refund even though I totally goofed up
the shipment.

 

He definitely went above and beyond for me and I will continue to do
business with him and I highly recommend others use him.  He is a WorldPac
dealer so he has a great selection and he even does free ground shipping on
orders over 50.00.
