sanity check in aisle 9.. 2005 a6 v8 sline

I wonder what the difference is?  This is on snow tires with 225/60/16
wheels and the increased tread that goes along with those.  I am curious to
see what it will be in summer with the stock 245/45/18 wheels in summer
rubber.
