Timing belt change - marks on flywheel and on vibration damper not aligning

Then the damper pulley outer surface has shifted on the rubber, relative to
the inner portion. Seen that too, but not as often as a sheared key. Either
way, as mentioned by many, just use the flywheel mark for the crank.
