Phil Payne - RIP

[Fred Munro]

Oh my, this is sad news indeed. I remember Phil as a frequent contributor in
the early days of the Quattrolist, and he would freely dispense his immense
Audi knowledge in his trademark pithy style. It was a loss to the
Quattrolist when Phil stopped contributing. 

A definite loss for the Audi community. A sad day. Condolences to his family
and friends.
