I'd start by checking the fuses, if these two things died together. If they
stopped seperately, here's the wiper saga:
The wipers are more than likely the "gearbox" of sorts. check for power at
the motor. If power, pull the ECU cover, and box IIRC. Pull the wiper arms,
pull the bolts holding the whole wiper mechanism in place. When you get it
on the bench, there are two arms that pivot through their mounts, about 2"
long. These tend to lock in place. Heat them, spray with somthing (I use
water or PB). Do this several times, sort of in cycles. You should be able
to get them to move a bit. Take the clip off the bottom of each, remove
them, grease well, reassemble.
