Wear marks on dip-stick

Hello :)


I noticed a shiny spot about 10mm above the full-line on the backside of the engraved section about 2mm diameter.
When i put the 15x magnifier to it the mark clearly shows lines in the same direction as ,for example, the crankshaft would rotate and rub against it.

Main question is ;
Could it be that some moving parts in the bottom end could interfere with the dipstick ?
Maybe it was bent badly at one point ?
I can feel the guide tube bending slightly at the end section (inside the block. normal?)
I can insert the stick and rotate all around tho.

Other option can be... someone held the stick to something rotating externally while checking the oil...

I am not really concerned but more curious.

Should i be concerned ???
