Because it's too rich to start?
Is it summer where you are? Because with that sensor "open" the ECU
think it is as cold as it has been programmed to deal with, probably <
-40 F/C.
As with a lot of CIS-type malfunctions, a running engine will keep
running, but won't necessarily start (or run well).
