They're called "cylindrical isolators", Grainger lists them in the big catalog, once you have the
part number you can buy the identical parts brand new on eBay for 1/3rd of Grainger's price,
shipping paid and no tax.
Dumb design - they're supposed to be loaded in compression, Audi loads them in shear (so does
Cessna), and they fail quickly.
You may have to cut/trim the studs, but that's trivial and well worth your time.
