I went up in the attic again and looked at my spare doors, I have to say
I am not certain at all about my statement that the rubber mounts are
integral, partly since I didn't try to remove any of them when I made
that mental note. I suspect they are a separate part just like at the
fuel pump assembly, radiator mounts, earlier window motors, etc.
In the end it is a fairly generic part - all you need is the right bolt
size/thread and the right thickness. I doubt I will even try to re-use
my old spares, for all that work I'd rather put in three new ones.

PS, speaking of "misuse" (loading in shear not compression as someone
mentioned about the window application), the fuel tray ones are also
pretty short-lived, since all the (vibrating) weight is hanging from
them rather than resting on them.
