That's the real beauty of Lemons, they encuorage repeat teams. They do not
want one dominant team, but at the same time if you picked a bad car to
begin with, and want to make it competitive, they encourage that. So, after
the first race, you get more $$ to fix the car. Of course, if the car was
fast and relaible/dominant, they will give you a $500 residual. No room for
improvement, and probably penalty laps next race. BTW, this is not official
Lemons talk here, just my .02. I'm not an employee/rulemaker per se.
