S6 Avant on the track - a few questions

Grant,
I have tracked my 96 S6A several times. My first experience was when
the car was completely stock. After that, one of my first mods was a
BIRA System 3 front brake upgrade which helped immensely. You should
be fine if you practice moderation, but the Avant is a lot of car to
haul down coming into a corner too hot. Don't ask.

Last time there I smoked the brakes off the GMP A5 on the first day (slicks and waaay aggressive pads, we were doing brake torture testing) and spent the second day braking gently and early and still had plenty of fun. Got 380mm Brembo's now, that won't be happening again!
