tranny bearing noisy

I did yesterday.
I saw the big C clip and the metal rubber cover, 1.5 inch approx. I removed
it and all a see its a shaft inside. What else i can do ? to  remove bearing
? big rubber around the flange, no allen bolt on the flaange.
