My old 91 200 TQ 20V had a problem with the after-run fan relay. The fan
would keep running until the battery was drained. It was the brown relay.

Hi all,

A friend has an old C4 that sits a lot, and the battery intermittently dies
over time.

One mechanic thought the problem was the window control unit (relay). Not
sure why.

However, i do notice that with the car just sitting, it is warm to the
touch, which suggests it might be a problem.

Is there any known history that i should be aware of?
