'91 CQ fuse panel replacement

Just replaced the fuse panel in my '91 CQ (443 941 822 A) with a known good one from a '91 100q (443 941 822 B)

Many of the plugs are impossible to misplug since they're color coded. 

There are also 5-6 plugs with a single wire. Does it matter where these single wire pieces are plugged underneath the panel?

There is also a black 6 wire plug with a connector that extends out of it, similar to the airbag connector. I am unsure if it plugs into anything. Does anyone know if it does? I don't see anything in the hole that matches.
