You have to start by removing the bumper: From underneath on each side,
remove the vertical bumper bolts. They're Allen bolts. If they've not been
off in a long time, they may require a lot of force. Take out the lights in
the bumper. Then pull out on the trailing edges of the bumper cover at the
wheel wells. The assembly should slide forward and off. Then you can see
the fasteners holding the rest of the trims, the headlights, etc.
