Forget the injectors. They can't affect compression. It's also doubtful you
"suddenly" blew a head gasket when the engine wasn't even running. No need
to pull the head.
You are looking for something simple that you did to release the
compression. Start the whole job over again and you'll end up finding
something so stupid, you won't want to even post it here - like leaving out
the spark plugs.
If you didn't touch the TB, it's unlikely the problem.

Nope, but a skipped timing belt can. THe one thing never stated in this
thread is if the timing marks line up. I know I've suggested it at least
once, that is key, If the TB is still turning the cam, but jumped teeth, you
will have compression issues. Start with the basics, they only take a second
to check!
