Don' forget to inspect the surface where the seal will ride on
Varying manufacturers have the sealing lips at a different position and/or it can be pressed in more/less. 
Use very fine grit sandpaper and carefully remove the brake-dust and corrosion that may have accumulated a 1/4 of an inch further back where the old one was riding and apply some grease between the lips of the seal before you slide everything back together.
