Audi 90 Quattro 1990 brake problem

I suggest looking for them at the wheels.  
That's where I usually find mine.

My second big love, after my wife, is causing problems, as is she. Had 
to renew front brake pads, which went ok. except I lost by brakes.
The work was done by local shop, usually very competent. So I have to 
assume they went about it the right way. But they are at a loss and so
