I'm buying an A4!

What a coinkydink!  The wife's 2001 A6 2.7T Quattro with manual transmission
was showing its age, so in January we ordered her a new A4 2.0T with 6 speed
manual, and all the bells and whistles (especially the MMI system).

 

We just picked it up today.  Really nice car.  We were told they were
planning to phase out the manual transmission option in January, but they
still haven't yet.  We were hoping for a diesel option, but it didn't happen
this year.  (cannot get diesel + Quattro+ manual trans, which is really
stupid since that is the most popular combination in Europe)
