Wheel fitment list

Please note that that some models (e.g. B8 A4 >= 2009 or so, probably other
recent cars) use a different hub bore diameter, 66mm instead of 57mm.
The table at the link appears to show hub bore as the last column, but
lists 57.1 for all of them, so I have the impression the table hasn't been
updated for info on B8 A4 and newer cars.

The issue came up for me because I'm in the process of ordering a new A4q
and I find that I won't be able to reuse any of the sets of wheels that I
have on my '95 A6q.
