Throw Out Bearing Kaput

Well,

Our little cross country from Denver to Jacksonville FL was  smooth as silk and totally I eventful till we hit the Florida border. It started whining and now has quite a bit of vibration just before the  clutch pedal is back to the top. I think I might just make it. Only 190 miles of mostly freeway. Will try to minimize clutching tomorrow. 

Of course I took the tools.....but forgot the Bentley. 

It will be shady tree work and any BTDT (or specific instructions) would be appreciated. I've done the work before. (1980 5000 and 1983 TQC) but that was so long ago 

I supposed it will also be clutch and pressure plate time.
