Throw Out Bearing Kaput

I've used this:
http://www.motorgeek.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=38389&hilit=audi+200+quattro+manual+tranny+swap

Biggest PITA is getting the slave back in, awkward location with
pressure from the slave pushing against you the whole time. You can
avoid by disconnecting the hydraulic line and putting in trans before
install. I've always had to power bleed clutches to get then nice and
free of air.

I've used the sachs kits for the disk/PP but typically I just deglaze
the flywheel and skip the machining. I figure changing the clutch for
the first time at 210 K mi I'm not going to be expecting 420 K mi. ;-)

It started whining and now has quite a bit of vibration just before the clutch pedal is back to the top. I think I might just make it. Only 190 miles of mostly freeway. Will try to minimize clutching tomorrow.
