Fuel pump fuse should do the trick.

I would suspect zero issues with Huw's suggestion. You'll have to reset the clocks and maybe radio presets (maybe), and the ECU would have to run through a couple drive cycles to set the readiness monitors so you couldn't have an OBDII state inspection for a few days after you got back.
