Only downsides I see is the high odo reading and it's avery small car -
even can be a bit claustrophobic inside. Never had a TT, but underneath
it's mostly a New Beetle/Golf/Jetta - cheaper than Audi maintenance. Not
sure of the rear susp. bushings and how often the diff. fluid should be
replaced. This is the 180 HP, not the 6 speed 225 HP, but still plenty of
go.
Last downside - for some reason the TT prices seem to be too high.
I'd like something newer and sportier. Its got a manual, so no potential

Proper Audi, much heavier and very different than a TT with 10 HP less and
you're back to auto transmission with high odo reading. At least the trans.
fluid was replaced.
I bought a few months ago a 3.0 q with auto, 150K km for under 6K in BC -
Vancouver car. What sold me were 2 thick files with maintenance receipts,
but still would prefer manual transmission.
TT would be more fun to drive and a good excuse to travel with 1 other
person only.
