Gee, I hadn't noticed that . . . but then I'm only 70.


As to the horn (which was, I believe, the original question), you might try cleaning the contacts on 
the pad with a pencil eraser, being careful not to let the "crumbs" fall inside anything.

It is also possible that there are internal contacts in the pad, and you may not be able to access 
them. In that case, replacement is the reverse of removal. (tm)
