Oil cooler lines

So, my sons lowered 5000 needs to come off the road and his 1989 200 needs
to go on. He bought it for cheap and left it at my house for too long! We
got it running (hadn't been run in four years) and had fuel, brake and oil
cooler line leaks..
Advised him to take the oil cooler and lines off my 200 20v parts car, of
course they didn't come apart gracefully. The aluminum flare nuts and
fittings (engine side) stripped rendering the lines useless. Even cut one
fitting loose from the block (via swazall) and tried heat, still stripped ..
Thinking of metric M18x1.5 on block end (either barbed or AN) and removing
hoses from barbs on oil cooler end. (Realize the fittings will probably not
release from cooler to install AN adapters). Anyone know what size hose
(Haven't cut the crimp off yet) or any BTDT's???
Thanks, Eric
