CIS acting up again

Hello everyone;

After sitting since April, my 1988 90Q with NG engine is on strike.   
Cranks fine, seems to catch a bit first and then nothing. BTW, I  
started the car a couple of months ago and it was fine.  Now it just  
cranks and sputters a bit.
So far:
- has spark,
- I replaced the fuel filter, just in case,
- intake seems fine (no mouse nest in the air filter),
- swapped fuel distributor, there was gasoline under pressure in the lines,
- planning to pull out injectors tomorrow and see if they spray at all.

Other than than, any ideas what to check?
