CIS acting up again

Air leaks between CIS flap and the rest of the engine (so the flap does
not lift under low rpm cranking, thus no fuel).
Smoke test it if you can. Another halfway test is to apply power and
ground to the cold start injector for 5-10 seconds, see if that fires up.
I had to laugh at the mouse nest comment! I just pulled 1/2 a bushel of
car insulation out of mine...
