Knock sensors would be my guess. Assuming you haven't pulled codes for clues?

I have a ‘91 coupe with 243k miles that has developed hesitation during acceleration. It feels like the fuel cuts off for half a second while I am accelerating or sometimes even at idle. The car stalls during turns at times. What could be causing this?
The injectors were changed to 034 at about 130k miles. The plugs, air filter, fuel filter are new at 240k miles.
Fuel pump? Fuel pressure? Bad injectors?
