Good call, Matt. Also, you can pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator to see if any fuel leaks out. That's a sure sign the FPR is bad. You'd also have a wandering/fluctuating idle in most cases though with that.

 I have a ‘91 coupe with 243k
 miles that has developed hesitation during acceleration. It
 feels like the fuel cuts off for half a second while I am
 accelerating or sometimes even at idle. The car stalls
 during turns at times. What could be causing this?
 
 The injectors were changed to
 034 at about 130k miles. The plugs, air filter, fuel filter
 are new at 240k miles. 
 
 Fuel pump? Fuel pressure? Bad injectors?
