[s-cars] Bentley manual for S6

I'm looking to purchase the Bentley manual for my 95.5 S6. I checked Amazon,
Barnes & Noble, and Bentley themselves for the paperback version, but all
indicate that it is no longer available. I realize that it is available on
CD, but I would prefer the hard copy version. Any suggestions on who may
still have one?
