[s-cars] Bentley manual for S6

Probably keep checking Ebay.  If you get a paper version, I may need to
borrow it at some point since we are so close!!!!  ;^)

I have heard the paper version is MUCH better than the CD version which I've
seen, and not too terribly impressed with.  But, your suspicions are
correct.  I have heard that the factory paper manuals are no longer
available (at least not through Robert Bentley).  Good luck.
