[s-cars] My Question for today...how to remove paint overspray...

I have a few areas of paint overspray on the black side trim, bottom door
trim, and weatherstrip inside the door. The previous owner had the doors
touched up and there is some signs of it on these pieces.

How should I go about getting it off? Does some sort of thinner work without
messing up the black plastic parts? Is Simple Green the trick? Or is it too
late and I should get new trim pieces? Does anyone have any experiences they
can share?
